CONCEPTUAL SIMULATION OF STRATEGIC COMPETITIVENESS OF HUMAN CAPITAL

The article illustrates the conceptual modeling process of strategic competitiveness of human capital as a mechanism for achieving the most favorable interaction between the object and the subject of management in the context of strategic management. Three interrelated conceptual models of strategic competitiveness of human capital are presented and described. Keywords: conceptual model, modeling, strategic competitiveness, social competitiveness, human capital. Highlights: conceptual modeling of the strategic competitiveness of human capital, which allows reducing the discrepancy between business development strategies and the formation of the competitiveness of human capital in the labor market, is presented in the form of the integrated three-level model; the conceptual model of the competitiveness of human potential (the first level of the integrated model) reflects the main elements of the formation of the current competitiveness of human potential; the conceptual model of the strategic competitiveness of human capital (2nd level of the integrated model) describes the process of the formation of intellectual and professional capital of the enterprise in the long term; the conceptual model of the social competitive advantages of human capital (the third level of the integrated model) describes the process of shaping the social competitiveness of human capital.
