ASSESSMENT OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING IN THE SUBJECTS OF THE VOLGA FEDERAL DISTRICT BASED ON THE COEFFICIENT ANALYSIS
The article represents assessment of the level of housing affordability in the subjects of the Volga Federal District with the use of statistical methods, such as graphical, tabular and ratio. Using statistical tools allowed the authors to calculate the basic housing affordability index, to identify the reasons for a low availability level of residential real estate in Russia.
