THE CONCEPT OF "HISTORICAL TIME SERIES" AND THEIR PLACE IN THE SPECIFIC CLASSIFICATION
The article illustrates the author`s point of view on the concept of “historical time series” and their place in the classification of time series. On the basis of the works of national scientists, involved in the problem of time-series analysis, the authors represent a classification of historical time series, and substantiate the conclusion about necessity for the further development of the research topic.
