The article studies some theoretical and methodological aspects of the development of marketing communications and assessment of the effectiveness of measures to stimulate sales services of the management company in the housing and communal services market. It is proved that one of the features of marketing communications for housing and communal services market is that the market is presented by legal and physical persons, and it is actively regulated by the state. It is shown that a scientific school in the development of activities of marketing communications in general and sales promotion, in particular, is still being formed in our country. The article represents a desk and field research on the stated issues, an economic impact and the effectiveness of the proposed measures, confirming the correctness of management decisions that introduced methods of marketing communications are truly effective.
