SOME FEATURES OF LABOR MIGRATION IN THE ARKHANGELSK REGION IN MODERN CONDITIONS
The article analyzes the processes of latent labor migration, including seasonal, temporary or pendulum labor migration using the example of the Arkhangelsk region in a historical perspective and current conditions. The author illustrates the examples of using the pendulum labor migration in the region`s companies, and justifies the local migration policy and regulation.
