DIRECTIONS OF LABOR POTENTIAL MONITORING FOR ASSESSMENT OF THE LABOUR QUALITY

The author proposed an approach to monitor the current state of the labour quality on the basis of assessment of employers` personnel services. It reveals the relationship between the efficiency of corporate human resource management systems and the level of the labour quality based on the postulate that the most effective resource formation and development of labor potential can be found in organizations. The author defines the principles, goals of the labour quality monitoring at the regional level, the object and subject of the study, the practical significance of the results that may be obtained in the course of monitoring.
