SAFETY MANAGEMENT BY OBJECTIVES OF REGIONAL SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC SYSTEMS
The main idea of the article - to show the possible ways to manage government programs using the example of a particular region, taking into account the assessment of the financial security platform. On the basis of the study of existing scientific approaches in relation to security of management by objectives the article illustrates the author`s view, with special emphasis on the threats and risks of inefficient execution of target programs in prior periods.
