CONTROL METHOD OF MATERIAL AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT AT CIVIL AVIATION ENTERPRISES
The author represents radical changes in the system of material and technical support in the current market conditions of management and increasing air-transport operations of airlines. The article illustrates the original management structure of material and technical support at civil aviation enterprises, suggests a new method of individual orders of spare parts and consumables for aircraft, the collective storage in base stock and sharing them for the needs of aviation and transport production airlines.
