INSTRUMENTS OF CBR MONETARY CONTROL IN DECLINE OF INTEREST RATES FOR MORTGAGES IN RUSSIA
The paper illustrates the basic problems in development of mortgage lending in Russia under modern conditions - rising of interest rates. Special attention is paid to directions of its reduction by CBR tools.
