BUDGET PLANNING IN FEDERAL SUBJECTS UNDER THE CONDITIONS OF THE ECONOMIC CRISIS
Budget planning as an activity of public authorities and local self-government is largely determined by the current economic conditions. The economic crisis has the most significant impact on the budget process. The paper illustrates the author’s conclusions, describing the impact of the crisis on the economy of budget planning in federal subjects.
