DEVELOPMENT OF INSTITUTE FOR REGULATORY CONTROL ASSESSMENT OF REGULATIONS IN THE FIELD OF PUBLIC PROCUREMENT
Transformation of regulatory public procurement system in formation of Common Free Market Zone and Eurasian Union is an important tool for creating a single market for goods and services. However, its impact on development of entrepreneurship is ambiguous and may have an impact on various sectors of the real economy, which require developing tools of regulatory control assessment of regulations in the field of competition policy and state order of Common Free Market Zone.
