USING A BEHAVIORAL THEORY OF LEADERSHIP IN DEVELOPING AN EFFECTIVE LEADERSHIP STYLE AND ITS ASSESSMENT
The author systematizes the main factors to select the most preferred style of leadership in case of the budget organization "Rosnadzor" using behavioral theories by R. Likert, R. Blake and J. Mouton. The paper illustrates a mini-survey of staff on appropriateness of using the command style of leadership, and also assesses the effectiveness of proposed measures to change the leadership style of Rosnadzor.
