THE DEVELOPMENT OF SOCIAL SECTOR OF RUSSIAN ECONOMY IN TRANSITION PERIOD
In the presented work the role of social sector and a problem of its resource maintenance in economy of Russia is considered. On the basis of modern methodology of economic research the new theoretical approach to the analysis of laws of economic development of sphere of a social infrastructure is offered. Necessity of formation of a social demand-effective on the basis of personification and specializations of the property rights as integral condition of realization of socially-effective investments into sector proves.
