FEATURES AND CHARACTERISTICS OF THE FUNDING VEHICLES OF RUSSIAN NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS PROVIDING PUBLIC SERVICES
The paper illustrates the way to improve the funding vehicles of organizations providing public services, considers the features and characteristics of the funding vehicles of non-profit organizations. The author presents the effect on the funding vehicles of the organization, its legal form of organization. The author analyses the changed funding vehicles and concludes to systematize funding vehicles of nonprofit organizations providing public services in accordance with the stages of the budget process.
