Grouping of regions of Russian Federation on basic parameters of external economic activities as a method for the study of foreign economic relations regions
The article discussed the role of the scientific method of classification in the study of the external economic relations of Russia’s regions. Stated main methodological approaches to the simple and multivariate groupings of regions of the country. There are the results of the groupings of Russia’s regions on selected parameters of external economic activities and the results of cluster analysis based on the system of indicators.
