SUBJECTIVE FORM OF GENERAL LEGAL PRINCIPLE IMPLEMENTATION
Considering general legal principles as the phenomena generated by legal practice, the authors form the research theoretical basis of subjective factors influence on general legal principle implementation process. Subjective form of principle implementation is revealed through the aspects of legal tradition; the concept of legal tradition is formulated.
