OPTIMIZATION OF CONSTRUCTION COMPANY BUSINESS PROCESSES ON THE BASIS OF COMPUTER TECHNOLOGIES
The paper considers information systems and decisions application which promotes optimization of business processes in housing construction. The capabilities of ERP, BPM, ACM systems for management of logistic risks in construction are estimated.
