ONTOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF STUDYING "RESOURCE POTENTIAL" AS AN ECONOMIC CATEGORY
The transformation of "potential" concept from the initial point into a dynamic process is studied from dialectic aspect. The essence and characteristics of "potential" scientific concept are revealed. There are provided grounds for methodic approaches in the field of management connected with productive trend in "resource potential" category research. Dynamic susceptibility is regarded as a key feature of resource sampling frame.
