INTRODUCTION OF SOCIAL NORM OF ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION: PURPOSES AND PROBLEMS
The essence of social norms is determined for practicality identification of transformation, based on social consumption norm setting of public utility services, the purposes of their maintaining and problems which can arise for participants of the public utilities market are considered.
