RANGE OF TOOLS FOR ENERGY RESOURCES MANAGEMENT REGARDING THEIR OPTIMIZATION
The author provides her own definition for the concept "energy management". The stages of systematic approaches to methodical study of energy management are proved. The process of energy management plan implementation according to its key stages is reflected. The conceptual approaches to energy resources management aimed at their optimization are revealed.
