ELEMENTS OF INTELLECTUAL LABOR MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AS ESSENTIAL COMPONENTS OF ENTERPRISE INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT
The concepts of human and intellectual capital and their components are revealed. The comparative analysis of reproductive and intellectual labor is provided; the definition for intellectual labor is clarified. The influence of intellectual labor management system elements (resource, base, process and outcome) on the enterprise intellectual capital is determined.
