The model description of a control circuit and regulation principle features applied in management are provided. The results of management process modeling along with various regulation principles and various lags in decision-taking from disturbance effect (decision-making delays) are considered. The most appropriate regulation principles depending on the delay factor in decision-making are suggested. Keywords: management, regulation principle, variance, disturbance, management model.
