Personnel training and development management is becoming a relevant problem in an organization. Education technologies are always aimed at organizational goals and targets and are preconditioned by objective reasons: there is a strong need in them. Development technologies are various, but the requirements for sustainable expenditures on personnel training and development can be the same.
