DEVELOPMENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION POPULATION SOCIAL PROTECTION FINANCIAL SUPPORT ESTABLISHMENTS
The article considers the social market economy establishment system, relations connected with social risks compensation. The author suggests carrying out financial support development of social protection establishment predominantly on the basis of social insurance. In particular, social insurance establishment principles compared to social security establishment ones for protection against risk of earnings loss due to unemployment are proved.
