ESTABLISHING ELECTRONIC TRADING FACILITY ON THE CRM CONCEPT BASIS

The article was to study the relevance of CRM concept implementation on the B2B market. The system program components while using on the electronic resource (the electronic trading facility) were analyzed. The authors demonstrated the need for establishing CRM concept for electronic trading facilities and a special-purpose program product to solve the tasks aimed at the concept implementation on the basis of the conducted customer relationship management system analysis.
