METHODICAL MANAGEMENT TOOLS TO DIAGNOSE INTEGRATED ECONOMIC SYSTEMS READINESS AND ABILITIES TO CHANGE
The article presents matrix tools for economic management diagnostics. The diagnostics is oriented at providing grounds for strategic decisions concerning organizational changes. It combines assessment of environment comfort levels, ability to manage changes (personnel resistance level), IES potential development and the need to make changes. The described methods help to identify IES reserves of increasing preparation level for upcoming changes.
