The article considers the problems connected with quantity-related dependence of industrial enterprise economic growth, providing innovations and investments. It analyzes renewal of capital assets characteristics at the present stage, suggests investment requirements generation algorithm for providing chosen ratio of industrial enterprise economic growth innovativeness.
