VENTURE CAPITAL FINANCING IN THEORETICAL ECONOMIC ASPECT OF INVESTMENTS
Lack of scientific research concerning venture capital in modern economic theory emerges the necessity to investigate in detail each component of the venture capital investment process. In order to reveal theoretical bases of venture capital and venture capital investments the authors had to correlate these concepts with the essence of the capital and the essence of investment in the framework of economic schools and theories. The article covers theoretical aspects of investments in general and the same from the point of venture capital investments in particular.
