NEW REGIME AND MODERN ART: ART EXPERIMENTS IN SAMARA DURING FLEDGING YEARS OF SOVIET SYSTEM*
The paper is devoted to the problem of formation of a new art concept during fledging years of the Soviet system in Samara guberniya (1918-1922). It analyses formation of central and local authorities of the new regime cultural policy.
