EFFICIENCY OF FUNCTIONING REGIONAL INNOVATIVE SYSTEMS OF THE RF CONSTITUENT ENTITIES
The article considers the whole complex of interrelated processes, which is the basis of functioning the regional innovative system. The method of integral estimation of regional innovative system efficiency level in Russian regions was suggested and proven.
