MONITORING THE STRATEGY IMPLEMENTATION OF HIGHER EDUCATION QUALITY MANAGEMENT
The article proves that quality management strategy implementation requires monitoring. There is carried out the analysis of the existing approaches; the main monitoring mechanisms are defined.
