EXPERIMENTS IN THE AGRICULTURAL SECTOR IN SAMARA REGION IN 1990S*
There is made a conclusion that the agricultural experiments in Samara region aimed at transition to new technologies of agricultural industry were based on former traditions in the process of the reforms. This fact caused the effect of dependence from the former development and as a result market-oriented projects recreated inverted institutional structure.
