ISSUES OF LABOR EVALUATION FOR INFORMATIONAL SYSTEM DEVELOPERS
The article is concentrated upon labor evaluation for automated informational system developers. The authors consider construction of responsibility matrix for executives that can serve as a pre-requisite for creating standards in informational system development and evaluation of the employee’s labor further on.
