Theoretical problems concerning the categories "political power" and "state political regime"
Basic categories in theory of state such as political authority and state political regime with relation to current practical groundwork are under analysis. The authors present their comprehension of correlation between political and state power and discuss state political regime with regard to the provided definition of the notion "political power" thus not claiming to complete the research in this sphere of jurisprudence. On the contrary, members of the scientific society are invited to engage in the discussion and further development of the framework of general theory of state and law or branch legal sciences.
