TECHNOLOGICAL INNOVATIONS DEVELOPMENT IN DRILLING BITS MANUFACTURING BASED ON INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION
The author reveals the problems concerning domestic enterprises competitiveness disability in the conditions of work according to WTO rules; there is illustrated the necessity for creation of high-productive work areas based on enterprise technological development, use of international industrial cooperation preferences and high demand for innovative rock destruction tools.
