SPECIAL FEATURES OF LEGAL FRAMEWORKS INTERACTION IN THE ANTIDUMPING AREA
The article deals with the problems connected with antidumping procedures in the process of interaction between international and national law. The author emphasizes that participation in WTO presupposes active international cooperation towards unification of national antidumping legislation in different states.
