Investigation of the employee value orientations allows to form an effective human resources investment system which is particularly important for credit organizations where above-level personnel turnover can considerably decrease competitive ability and become a threat to its existence. Diagnostics of employee value orientation structure is in its essence a first step towards the enhancement of the methods and instruments for human capacity management.
