MOTIVATION OF MEDICAL PERSONNEL ON THE GROUND OF KEY EFFICIENCY INDICATORS
Methodology of medical personnel motivation increase is considered. The example of bonus payment calculation is given on the ground of key efficiency indicators. Comparative analysis of key success factors and labour participation index are shown.
