SPECIAL FEATURES OF SMALL-SCALE ENTERPRISES CONSULTING
The article deals with the problems and their solutions arising in the process of small-scale enterprises consulting. The analysis of the situations techniques of their consulting are provided in the article that makes it possible to find a perfect management solution. They are studied in order to find interconnection of all management tasks in conditions of uncertainty.
