INNOVATIVE ACTIVITY OF THE ENTERPRISES: ECONOMIC DIAGNOSTICS AND LEGISLATIVE STIMULATION
The criteria of economic diagnostics of reference of activities of the enterprises to the innovative ones are considered. High risk justification is provided; basic ways to stimulate innovation are pointed out. Legislative initiatives of some Russian regions are considered.
