ISSUES OF BUSINESS ENTITIES LEGITIMATION
The article deals with the problems of legitimation of business entities; the inexpediency of division of existing legal regulations on private and public is discussed; the conclusion is made that the legitimation of the business entities is the legal barrier for the appearance foe the subjects on various economic markets.
