THE MAIN PROBLEMS OF MACRO ECONOMIC FORECASTING OF REGIONAL SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC SYSTEMS

Khasaev G.R., Tsybatov V.A.

The main principals of creating regional macroeconomic models are considered, they make it possible to reduce the methodological restrictions of macroeconomic modeling, preventing the use of popular macroeconomic models for the aims of regional forecasting. The macroeconomic model of regional economy developed by the authors is represented as a management system including three interrelated components: reproduction process model, the model of potential possibilities, the model of economic agents behaviour. Forecast-analytical technologies are analyzed, implemented on the developed model: situational forecasting and evaluation of the possibilities to reach the target.
