The article deals with the issues of efficiency of measures taken against the violators of the Russian Federation budget legislation based on the analysis of the regulations of the Budgetary Code of the Russian Federation and the materials of the Counting Chamber of the Russian Federation and the Financial Services Authority of the Russian Federation.
