PERSPECTIVES OF DEVELOPING EDUCATIONAL SERVICES IN AGRICULTURE
The efficiency of personnel training for agriculture is considered, the necessity to develop educational service system is proved, the importance of developing the additional education system is emphasized. The author demonstrates how competence approach can be applied in training the managers and specialists of agricultural companies.
