SOCIAL STANDARDS ROLE IN THE SYSTEM OF REGIONAL SOCAIL DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT
The article deals with the role of social standards in the management of social processes in the society. The objective necessity of state minimal social standards is proved in the article, which characterize the level and quality of populations life. The problem of detecting scientifically basket of goods, the level of subsistence level, the minimum wage in modern conditions is dealt with in the article.
