EXPOSURE OF CLUSTER CULTURE IN REGIONAL SYSTEM OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION ACCORDING TO THE LEVEL OF HOUSING AND PUBLIC UTILITIES DEVELOPMENT
The article deals with the multidimensional classification of the Russian Federation subjects according to the level of housing and public utilities development by the method of cluster analysis. The state of housing and public utilities branch in the regions of the Russian Federation is analyzed in general as well as in particular by every block of indices: population’s provision with housing, the level of equipping with services and utilities of urban settlements, the level of citizens’ social protection, the level of resource saving, etc. As a result of the analysis provided in the article, the explanation of implementation of multifactor modeling on 2 territorial clusters is given.
