STATE FINANCIAL SUPPORT OF THE REGIONS AND INTERBUDGETARY RELATIONS REFORMING
The article deals with the problems of leveling of economic and social development of territories. The dependence of regional budgets from interbudgetary transfers, the regions’ stimulating on the implementation and building-up of the own tax potential are investigated in the article.
