SUBREGIONAL CLUSTER: DEFINITION, CHARACTERISTICS, FORMATION PROCEDURE
The article addresses the concept of subregional clusters and their role in socioeconomic development of groups of municipal units. Distinctive characteristics of clusters are highlighted which helps to make them more efficient. Algorithms of intermunicipal clusters formations are then worked out.
