PROCEDURAL LAW IN INFORMATION SOCIETY: DEVELOPMENT PROSPECTS

The issue deals with the future of procedural law. The main ideas consist in the electronification of procedure, the usual usage of electronic passports and electronic documents. It is necessary to take privacy and the right of digital self-determination into consideration. Electronic procedure is useful both in courts and administrative boards. So both law institutes can be used both in positive procedure and in jurisdictional process. Electronic procedure is the feature of information society.
