FINANCIAL INTERACTION PROCESSES MANAGEMENT IN SYSTEM "DEVELOPER-BANK-BORROWER"
The article deals with the issues of cash flows between developer, bank and borrower. The conditions of credit repayment are estimated from the positions of the interests of borrower and creditor; the task of choosing the parameters of mortgage credit taking into account financial restrictions of the process participants are considered.
